Remember all those dishes that I recently acquired at a garage sale? Well, I came up with a fun way to repurpose them - cakes plates. It was soooo simple. I used a two pairs of crystal candle holders and some epoxy and I had instant cake plates. Then, I topped them with cheese domes turned cloches which I picked up for next to nothing at the thrift store and I am ready to entertain. A FUN TIP: You could make one of these and take it to a party filled with hors doeuvres and leave the cake plate for the hostess as a gift. How fun it that?
