Collections Under Glass

Can you say obsession, jars, cloches, and collections oh my! Sea glass, Chandelier crystals, glass knobs, vintage jewelry, buttons with bling, and of course anything with numbers and letters (preferably black and white) I have these things sprinkled throughout my decor in my home and they just make me happy. I only share these things because I know that some of my fellow blogging friends share some of these same obsessions and might enjoy this post!

Take Care!!!!

  1. Give me a jar full of junk and I'm as happy as a girl with diamonds. Love your glass jars.

  3. I love it! I think it's great to display, plus it keeps the dust off all the little things. Pretty and functional in my book!

  4. I agree with you...taking something that is considered trash and turning it into treasure is special. I love the sea glass in the jar. Did you know that most sea glass is vintage of antiques shards of old bottles. It takes a minimum of 30 years for a piece of glass to get its frosted covering. Are the jars vintage also. You have a great eye for art and design. Thanks for sharing the pics.

  5. It looks like you have a beautiful decor! I know I would love your house. The vintage jewelry under glass is such a great idea!! I love cloches too. My latest use for a cloche was highlighting my son's school award. It wasn't very pretty but it made him feel extra special!
