My Favorite Estate Sale Find . . . . .

Athough, I have decorated my home with many second hand finds, this is one of my favorites. When I found this corner cabinet, I immediately knew it had potential. First, I painted it a light yellow called belguim waffle and then proceeded to sand it and distress it. Then, I went over it with an antiquing glaze. As a final touch, I placed material behind the doors which had mesh metal inserts. I replaced the knobs and hung a cute little beaded tassel and I fell in love. I am very happy with how it turned out and as all my blogging friends know . . . . paint is our best friend.
